  • How can I get a Quote?
    It is very easy to get a quote from us. Simply select the order details found on one of our quotation forms. Once you've chosen the right one, you will instantly see a quote in real time. Also, we will send you a quote via email as well. The quotation will contain your reference number. When you are ready to proceed to the next step, you can contact us and we will arrange to perform the service needed for you.


  • When will my booking confirmation be received?
    In the event that you have placed an order within normal office hours, our staff will verify all the pertinent details about your order. Once that is done, we will send you an email and a SMS text message to your mobile phone as well. This confirmation usually takes place within 15 to 30 minutes. If your order was place after our normal working hours, then please allow more time for your confirmation. In that event, it will most likely take until the next day. Just in case you did not receive any order confirmation from us, please contact our offices right away so that we may resolve it immediately for you.


  • Am I required to arrange a parking space for your van?
    Yes you are. It is the obligation of our customers to organise and arrange a proper parking space for our van and team.


  • Can I go with the driver in the van? Am I allowed to ride with driver in the Van?
    We allow one passenger to drive with our driver in the van. There are times where we may be able to take up to 2 passengers in the van if the space is available. If you feel that you will need to have at least 2 people travel in the van with our driver, please contact us before the service takes place. This will allow us to verify whether or not there will be enough space in the van for both passengers.


  • How many Men will I need?
    Since many items require heavy lifting, please have at least 2 men there to help with the heavy lifting or large objects.


  • What size van will I need?
    In order for us to figure out the best size van required for your removal, please contact our offices between 8 AM and 6 PM first. One of our customer service representatives will be more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have.


  • What happens if I need 2 vans for the removal or more men?
    In the event that you may need more than one van or more men, you need to let us know beforehand. Contact our offices within normal business hours to discuss this matter with a representative. Since every van only has a limited number of seats (3), we will need to go over these details with you before the removal begins.


  • What happens if I require packing or storage?
    We can take care of all of your packing needs for you if need us to. We also offer a large variety of packing materials and options for you to choose from. If you require storage space, we have partnerships with several self-storage facilities. They can provide and deliver longer term care for all of your personal belongings at affordable prices.


  • Do you dismantle / assemble furniture?
    Yes we do. One of our basic services is providing assembly and dismantling for our clients. Our staff and vans are well equipped with the proper tools needed to perform this task. In case tools which are out of the ordinary are required for dismantling or assembling any items, it is your responsibility to provide them to us.


  • Can you do the moving for me on the weekend?
    We can perform your removal for you during the weekend. However, because we pay all of our professional team of workers overtime for work performed during the weekends, our rates increase. This means that any removals performed during the weekend are marginally higher than normal working days.


  • When will you guys do the packing?
    In most cases we always send our expert team of packers one day prior to the removal.


  • Can I amend date or time of service?
    Yes, you may do so. However, before you do so, you will need to contact our offices during normal business hours at least 24 hours before in order to change the time or date. Keep in mind that changes are subject to availability.


  • Do you do evening removals?
    Yes, we do evening removals. Our drivers work from 7 AM to 8 PM. However, if you require us to perform the removal any time later than those hours, you will need to contact our offices before to let us know.


  • What time do you start?
    Our company business hours begin at 7 AM. However, if you require us to begin your removal at an earlier time, we can arrange that for you as well.


  • How do I pay a deposit?
    Usually, deposits are paid and done upfront via contacting our offices.


  • Will I pay for extra pickup /drop off?
    No you will not. Since our services are hourly based, you will not be required to pay anything extra for pickup or drop off's. The only time extra is required is in the event that it takes more time than the allotted or normal.
