How can I get a Quote?

It is very easy to get a quote from us. Simply select the order details found of our quotation form. Once you've chosen the right one, you will instantly see a quote in real time. Also, we will send you a quote via email as well. The quotation will contain your reference number. When you are ready to proceed to the next step, you can pay the deposit or full payment and your order will be automatically confirmed. Or contact us if you have any questions.

When will I receive a booking confirmation?

A confirmation letter, payment confirmation and a full offer will be sent to your email immediately after payment.

Do I have to arrange a parking space for your van?

Yes, you need to do it. It is our customers' responsibility to arrange and provide a proper parking space for our van and crew.

Can I go with the driver in the van? Am I allowed to ride with driver in the Van?

We allow one passenger to drive with our driver in the van. There are times where we may be able to take up to 2 passengers in the van if the space is available. If you feel that you will need to have at least 2 people travel in the van with our driver, please contact us before the service takes place. This will allow us to verify whether or not there will be enough space in the van for both passengers.

How many men will I need?

Because many items require heavy lifting, at least two people are required to lift heavy or bulky items. You should know that the weight that one loader can lift is 25 kg per loader according to the human health law.

What size van will I need?

To help us find the best van size for your move, you can use the van size calculator or contact us via email. One of our customer service representatives will be more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

What happens if I need 2 vans or more people for the same date and time?

In case you may need more than one van or several people, you must let us know in advance. Please contact our offices during normal business hours to discuss this matter with a representative.

What happens if I need packaging or storage?

We can take care of all your packaging needs if needed. We also offer a wide range of packaging materials and options for you to choose from. If you need storage space, we have partnerships with several warehouses. They can provide and provide long term care for all your personal belongings at affordable prices.

Do you disassemble/assemble furniture?

Yes. One of our main services is assembly and disassembly for our customers. Our staff and vans are well-equipped with the proper tools needed to complete this task. If unusual tools are required to disassemble or assemble any items, you are responsible for providing them to us.

Can you do a weekend move for me?

We can handle your move for you over the weekend. However, as we pay our entire professional team overtime for weekend work, our rates go up. This means that any deletions made over the weekend are slightly higher than during regular business days.

In most cases, we always send our team of experienced packers the day before pickup.

Can I change the service date or time?

Yes, you can. However, before doing so, you must contact our offices during normal business hours at least 72 hours in advance to change the time or date. Please note that changes are subject to availability.

What time do you start?

Our business hours start at 7:00. However, if you require us to start deletion earlier, we can also arrange this for you.

Will I pay for an extra pickup/drop off?

Yes, we charge for extra stop and extra miles. You can see this in our Terms and Conditions.

Do I have to pay for flights of stairs?

Yes, we charge £10 per flights of stairs. One flight of stairs is 6+ steps. This is not a floor. One floor can have one or more flights of stairs.
